Terms of Payment
We do not require a deposit; full payment is due on the day of your event.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments. Please indicate your preferred payment method at the time of booking.
Performance Space & Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless performance, we require a firm, level, clean, and dry area of approximately 3x3 metres. For outdoor events, the performance space must be fully covered and sheltered from weather elements (a gazebo or awning is ideal). Additionally, we require access to at least one standard 13-amp mains power socket, and a parking space for a standard vehicle within reasonable walking distance of the performance area.
Location & Travel Radius
We are based in Weeley, Essex, and travel throughout the East of England (excluding London). As noted, a travel fee applies for venues outside the Tendring area, the exact amount of which will be fully agreed upon confirmation of your booking.
Event Suitability
We believe we are best suited to occasions requiring sophisticated, professional live background music. We frequently perform at family gatherings, beer gardens, wine bars, cafés, corporate functions, wedding breakfasts and drinks receptions.
Performance Breaks & Interval Music
We take one brief comfort break midway through our performance. During this interval, we provide complementary chilled acoustic music to maintain the atmosphere.
Custom Performance Lengths
While our standard performances are 2 or 2.5 hours, shorter durations can be accommodated upon request.
Insurance & Safety Compliance

Public Liability Insurance (PLI): We hold comprehensive PLI cover up to £5 million.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT): All equipment is fully PAT tested on an annual basis.

Documentation: Certificates for both PLI and PAT compliance are available upon request.
Setup & Sound Check Logistics
Please allow 30–40 minutes both before and after our performance for equipment setup and pack-down. While a pre-show sound check is beneficial, it is not strictly necessary as we can discreetly adjust our sound levels during the performance.
Repertoire & Bespoke Song Requests
We usually pick songs from our main setlist as we go to match the vibe of the event. However, feel free to browse our Repertoire Page and let us know if there are any specific tracks you would like us to include. Should you wish for us to learn a specific song outside of our current list, we can accommodate this for a fee of £20 per requested track. Please note that we require a minimum of two months' notice prior to your event to prepare your request.
